Content All content (text, images, videos, etc..) in client’s website, whether existing or provided by client is solely the responsibility of the client. Content used by client must be licensed and/or have written permission to use. It is the responsibility of the client to notify the PROVIDER in writing of any other website client owns or non-original content present on client’s site. Client must indemnify and hold harmless the PROVIDER and / or its directors and / or employees if a claim will be filed against and / or be forced to pay any amounts in respect of infringement of copyright and / or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Bottom Line: You must own the content you use. It can’t be downloaded from another site.

Cancellation / Refund Policy At Jingged Professional we are proud to have an impeccable record of client satisfaction. However, should a client choose to cancel their project, they may do so at any time. Clients are responsible to pay for any and all “Work Performed”* on their project at the rate of $50/hr. If the sum total dollars of work performed is less than the initial deposit, Jingged Professional will refund the client all monies over that sum. The rate of $50/hr is calculated for any work performed by Jingged Professional on the date of this signed contract and anytime thereafter. The sum total hours returns to 0 after each milestone payment is made or due and new work hours begin accruing from the date of that milestone payment and ongoing.
*”Work Performed” is defined as all time spent by Jingged Professional reviewing this project, creative consultation, initial design concepts, site design and implementation.
Changes to Terms of Service
Jingged reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the Terms of Service will be effective when posted.
